This innovative role as an AI Safety Trainer - Project LLaMA offers a unique opportunity to leverage your critical thinking and help build the guardrails for the 2027 Advanced Model. You will play a pivotal role in "Red Teaming" the AI—pushing it to its limits to ensure accuracy, safety, and resilience. This position allows for flexible scheduling, and your contributions will directly impact the safety protocols of next-gen Intelligence.

Your Day to Day

Educate AI:

Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated responses. Your guidance directly improves the model's ability to distinguish between safe, helpful answers and harmful content.

Problem Solving (Prompt Engineering):

Using your expertise, you will write complex prompts in topics like Math, Physics, Coding, or Philosophy. You will teach the AI how to reason through these complex scenarios without hallucinating or breaking safety rules.

Red Teaming:

Utilize your understanding of nuance to identify potential biases or safety failures. Design adversarial tests that push the boundaries of the model's understanding to ensure it is robust for real-world deployment.

About You

  • Possess a strong writing style with native-level English spelling and grammar.
  • Have a critical eye and the ability to articulate why a response is safe or unsafe.
